• In Store Pickup

  If you live locally, we have an in store pickup option for your convenience. Simply select Pick up at our Queensway showroom as your shipping option and shipping will not be charged. We will package your items and hold them for you at our Queensway showroom.

Shipping

  • Shipping within Canada

  All orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise stated in our initial confirmation email to you. If all items are in stock, delivery will usually be 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Canada. Shipping cost will vary depending on your location in Canada and will be  calculated on your order subtotal. Provincial tax will be charged based on the province on the bill to address.

  • Shipping Internationally

  We are happy to ship internationally, and offer several options for delivery. Once we have received your order, you will be contacted via email with the shipping method and associated cost.

  • No refunds on any Alpaca House Canada Inc. products unless defective

 If for any reasons you are unhappy with the products you have purchased, we accept exchange only or issue store credit within 14 days from the date of your purchase. We can only process a refund if the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Shipping for exchange 

 All merchandise returned to Alpaca House Canada must be shipped and paid by the customer, unless there is a fault with the product. Please contact us prior to returning merchandise, so that we may advise the best method of shipping, as goods shipped by non-approved methods may incur duties and taxes upon return to Canada.  Packages returned through a non-approved shipping method will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Privacy

  The privacy of  customer information is a matter that is taken very seriously at Alpaca House Canada.
When you place an order at www.latierra-alpaca.com, we collect your name, mailing address, phone #, email address  and credit card information for use in procession your order. We maintain a record of your order should you or we ever need it as reference. You may request record of the information stored on your account at any time by calling Alpaca House Canada customer service and providing the authentication of identity.
